On the morning of 2nd September, at the Lecture Hall, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the west campus convened the new semester’s school opening working conference for all the faculty and staff, which was chaired by Principal Assistant Ling Qian.
First of all, at the conference, Director Zhang Li with the Teaching Department put forward specific requirements regarding this semester’s education& teaching work on the basis of the key word ‘Standardization’. She hoped that standardization started from today and should be implemented in various dimensions such as teaching, teaching auxiliary, classroom and assessment. Also, Director Zhang Li demanded everyone adopt vigorous attitude towards work.
Second of all, Principal Assistant Ling Qian conducted the overall review of last term’s school work, hoping that teachers would not only be models of virtue for students, but also students’ mentors for their healthy growth. On the other hand, teachers were supposed to firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning, continuously enhance professional proficiency as well as educational and teaching quality to endeavor to become high-competent teachers who creates excellent professional work and are deeply loved by students.
Third of all, Principal Xu Xuchang analyzed the new circumstances, tasks and problems faced by educational work at present and in future. Other than that, Principal Xu called upon all teachers to proceed with confidence, exert the utmost effort and strive hard to propel Anqing Foreign Language School’s educational achievements to the new level.
In a nutshell, we witnessed new development and growth in the new academic year. Besides, the school opening work was carried out in order and the teaching routine work was on the right track. We firmly believe that all teachers from Anqing Foreign Language School shall work hard, blaze new trails in a pioneering spirit in addition to endeavoring to initiate a new situation in school development.
